Kind of accidentally ended up going there the other night, and wow! It totally exceeded our expectations!! We will definitely be back! Delicious food, good portions, attentive service and they seem to be taking extra care about cleaning after each customer leaves the table.

Always book in the Araya Thai restaurant when we stay in Lancaster.. Lovely food lovely restaurant. Friendly staff great service.

They squeezed us in when fully booked and served us extra quickly as they needed the table which worked really well for us. Food was amazing so wish we had had longer to enjoy it in the end but would love to go again (but would book next time)

We had the starter platter for two to start, which was amazing. The spring rolls were homemade and so delicious. The peanut sauce had actual peanuts and very tasty. Next we had the mains. We had the marinated pork on the street treats menu, and the red curry with jasmine rice. Both were absolute perfection. Huge portions, but didn’t feel gross after. The service was friendly and attentive, even though the place was buzzing. Will definitely be returning to try other dishes.

I’ve had some bad experiences with Thai food in Lancaster so was a little reluctant to try again. But I was craving it so I took the plunge.

Mind-blowingly tasty! Everything was perfect, really flavoursome food, spicy but you could taste the different ingredients. The staff were great and the chef, Jing, even came out to ask how the food was. She makes everything in-house, and blends the sauces herself. Really impressive service and quality of food, and the restaurant has a bright and vibrant decor, giving an exotic street food feel. Would definitely recommend.

My favourite restaurant ever. Service is always fanatic and the food is quite simply unbeatable. If you are in Lancaster even for just one day I would say that Blue Moon is the where you should eat. The portion sizes and very good and the sticky rice is phenomenal. The chefs are obviously very talented and as there is glass between the kitchen and restaurant (always a very good sign) you can see how expertly they prepare all the food. Fanatic and well worth a visit.

You can’t get higher quality Thai food near here than Blue Moon. Really great service too. Only down side was the draft through the entrance. Loved it.

This is the best Thai cuisine in Lancaster! You can tell the chef is passionate about the food by the freshness of the ingredients and the incredible flavour. We had the green curry tonight with the special fried rice in a pineapple. What a treat.
