Shoe Zone is brilliant when you need to get shoes. If I need a pair of shoes or wellies I know that there will be something to choose from and prices are low. My wife really likes browsing through shoes, boots and sandals in there because they are nicely laid out in long continuous rows.
We bring the kids here. Staff always friendly and big smiles. That makes a big difference, good customer service. Now people have masks it takes extra effort to smile with ones eyes, so it was nice to see big eye smiles in this shop. Great for budget shoes and growing kids.
The shoes are excellent from here & very reasonably priced, nice friendly staff too.

Excellent service for new school shoes for the kids. Brilliant, knowledgeable staff, served by Amy who was brilliant. Got the shoes is sizes we needed only a few days before the new school year, excellent! A side note Lancaster centre is lovely.
Excellent service from a very pleasant (and very tall!) young man helped my wife choose a splendid new pair of on-sale boots.
Good quality shoes but of late the prices have risen significantly.
