Having been messed around by another company, I was recommended to speak to Spencer. Extremely professional and quick to respond to my query. Within a week I had my office Cctv fitted which is great. I am now using Spencer for my house too. A great company and I highly recommend. Cheers guys.
We used Spencer and his team back in December. The Christmas party’s were in full swing, every night we were at full capacity. we had learnt our lesson from the year before when we hired another not so recommended company.
We have just had CCTV installed around our home. Spencer and his guys went above and beyond . Nothing was to much trouble for them. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great lads.

My alarm system kept going off after a power outage. I phone Crystal and they came straight out. Immediately knew what the problem was and sorted it for me. Other companies locally will only look after systems they’ve installed. Crystal were top notch.
Steve has been delightful. We had an old alarm system previously installed which started to fail. We contacted Steve as he has impressive local reviews and asked him to quote us on a new alarm system. He installed and setup the new system under no time and helped us through every step. Couldn’t recommend enough.
They have a very efficient way of working and are extremely polite and courteous to my tenants whilst on site. Couldn’t ask for a better service 🙂

Police have had a number of clips from the cameras. Very high definition. Got the person who smashed the Windows. Same person caught on video four times. Did not think there were cameras at rear of house. YOU CAN upload footage direct to the police officer.
I’ve just had my alarm and cameras fitted by BCC in Morecambe, from a fast survey appointment the team were there the following week fitting, everything was done in the day and the engineers stayed on late to explain how everything worked. First class service and support.
Had some additional work carried out by BC&C recently, and as always they’re professional, happy to offer advice, punctual and courteous – all at a very reasonable cost. I’d definitely recommend them.
