We’ve used Tim (and Jez) for all our building work for nearly 10 years now on our own house and our rental properties and can’t rate him highly enough.
I have used Tim and his team for several jobs around my house – tanking of the cellar, kitchen refit and an extension to the side of my house. I can quite honestly say they are the best bunch of builders I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are all very respectable, polite and efficient and will go the extra mile to help out in any way they can. The work they complete is second to none and I would highly recommend these guys for any jobs you need doing.

We used the services of Tim Collins for a damp problem in the downstairs lounge, hall, and kitchen. He fixed the problem and re-plastered it. He did a great job. He showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the work quickly and as planned. I highly recommend him.

We had the pebble-dash chipped off and replaced with a silicone thin coat render. The house looks so much better! The team from loft house are great, hard working and friendly – they even became friends with our dog.
My employers have recently had an enormous room completely plastered, the ceiling and walls. I have to say I was not only highly impressed with the skill of the plasterers and the wonderful job they have done, but how cleanly they worked, considering it is such a huge. They would certainly be my first port of call if ever I need a plastering job done. So well done.
