I was really impressed with the treatment I received from Rob at the time, yesterday, but am even more impressed today, when I’m moving so much more freely and easily – I wouldn’t have believed it possible that 45 minutes of physio could make such a difference, but it has! It was my first time going to a physio and I couldn’t have had a better experience! Tom made me feel really comfortable and gave me the clarity I needed for my injury. He gave me a run down of what my injury was, why I was feeling the pain I was and how I can improve this at home, as well as answering all my questions! Thank you.
I made my appointment through the Fairway Physio on-line Booking System .Soon Fairway Physio rang me to ask if I would like an earlier appointment as there was a cancellation .I was Happy to do so as I was struggling.Had an assessment with Rob .Which I discussed all that has been going on and how it happened.Rob put this in my file.

Liona is a Chartered Physiotherapist. She graduated in 2008 and holds degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation. She has since qualified to perform Western Acupuncture as well as Pilates and she is currently studying for a Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine. I had my first appointment with Liona yesterday and felt very reassured by her professionalism and thorough initial assessment.
The treatment I received was excellent. I was also given a lot of ‘after care’ advice that was really useful. Leona treated me as though I was the most important patient she has. It was great! Highly recommended.
Liona (the owner) was quick to identify the underlying problem and treated the issue within two weekly sessions. As homework I was provided a series of simple, yet effective exercises to perform in my own time or at work – which have worked wonders! These have helped increase my range of motion and should prevent similar issues occurring in future.

The care i have received from True Physiotherapist Jessica Hilliard has been excellent. Jessica is very attentive and knowledgable. She clearly explains her treatments and prescribed exercises and undertakes a comprehensive review at each appointment. Thank You Jessica for all your care and support.
I have recently been treated for frozen shoulder and tennis elbow. Jess was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Her treatment has helped me recover in a matter of weeks with treatment at the practise and exercises to complete at home.
I called True Physio after really struggling to get back to playing tennis due to tennis elbow. Jessica took the time to fully assess my pain levels and how it was affecting me. I had two sessions, given exercises and stretches to do and I am now, gently, back to tennis and coaching! Actual life saver, as not being able to be on court was really getting me down! Thank you so much, Jessica! I will definitely recommend.
