The staff are amazing. Minu is my daughters orthodontist. She and her nurses have, Donna and Rhea are always there to help. The other day, the desk was busy so Yashmin took us into her room and made our appointments. She asked my daughter how she was and said if she had any questions, to call her. I’m very impressed with all of the care they provide.

The best staff ever, after being in an accident and therefore having to keep my braces on even longer due to effects on my teeth, I’ve been nothing but supported throughout the 4 years of being here.

My next encounter with the practice was my hygienist appointment, where I met Emma and Toni in the gorgeous hygienist suite. They were so polite and I felt at ease straight away and of course have done an impeccable job on my teeth. I literally want to go back already.

I cant recommend this place enough! The work I’ve had done there in the previous few years has been unbelievable, attention to detail and go above and beyond to accommodate any requests made. The care given on even the smallest of appointments is fantastic, I genuinely look forward forward to my check ups and hygienist appointments coming round.

I have had many treatments now at Hest Bank Dental Care Practice, and I’ve been extremely impressed with the standard of care provided. I have never been kept waiting, and have always received timely, professional care on each visit. I would strongly recommend this practice to anyone who is dentophobic as your fears regarding treatment will soon been be allayed, by the caring, personable staff in the practice.
