The optician was really helpful, professional and thorough. A great range of Tom Ford’s, which I have not seen anywhere else.
I have been going to Welbournes for many many years and always found them excellent and lovely staff who are friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Great service, the optician was superb. He took his time and was very patient despite the necessary covid protocols. The attention to detail was very good and he spotted a potential health issue and quickly referred me to the hospital. My glasses order came through very quickly and a suitable time was arranged for covid secure collection. So if you want quality, no pressure but friendly attentive service look no further.

Went for an eye test today and was made to feel very welcome. Very thorough eye examination. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
I recently used Butterfield Opticians for myself and my daughter. Excellent service. I felt confident that we both recieved a thorough eye examination by Shela and that time was given to take careful case histories and explain results of the tests. Dhiren also gave time and attention to advising us with choice of lenses and frames. I would certainly recommend their eye care service.
I have seen Shela a few times now and I find her very thorough she has especially helped me with my eyes and has referred me to the hospital for further tests. I also love the attention to detail from Dhiren and his knowledge of frames and lenses. I will always use Butterfields great value and service.
