Just joined this health club and I’m impressed by the facilities at the pool. A good sized pool, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, huge steam room and sauna all at a lovely quality. The gym is also well equipped and doesn’t seem busy. The staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable, especially Lydia who was very kind to us on our first visit.

Stayed in the Lancaster House hotel and had free use of the facilities in the Sandpiper. Was impressed with the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. All the staff were really helpful and happy.

A fantastic leisure club, a relaxing place to train with great equipment.

Fantastic gym with many weight training machine and free weights Section. The x force machines are great for training. There are 3 pools also steam rooms and saunas

Big gym with three pools. One full size and cool, one warm for exercise and lessons. Third has water jets and bubbles. Three saunas and two steam rooms. Book classes online.

3-1-5 is by far the best Health Club I’ve been to and I’ve been a member at many clubs in my time.

Desk staff are friendly enough, slightly blunt on my last visit. Took my daughter swimming, the facilities are good, the pool looks clean and the guards are friendly.

Probably the best local.sports centre ive been to, has excellent facilities. Emma Zumba Clayton does Zumba Gold which my 75 yr old mum really enjoys.

Children’s play area very good although cafe area needs attention.
