First time getting a haircut in Lancaster and so happy I found this place. The communication for booking the appointment was excellent and I got accommodated a slot on a rather short notice. The staff is warm and welcoming, yet professional and very precise. Really enjoyed the nice head massage. The price is reasonable too. Now it’s not surprising that the rating here is 5.0.
This is an absolute gem of a salon. I regularly get my hair cut and coloured by Elicia and I always leave with my dream hair. Elicia has the health of my hair as a priority and she alway explains all the processes and talks me through what will work and what won’t. I trust her totally. All the girls in the salon are friendly, professional and the salon is clean and pleasant to be in. The drinks menu is fab…highly recommended the pink lemonade. Keep up the good work girls you’ve created something very special here.

Relaxed salon, fantastically professional staff, did a brilliant job, highly recommend.
