Received some great help and advice on which flooring would be best for us and what prep, maintenance etc. would be needed to achieve the desired outcome. The man was very helpful, helping us find the colour of flooring we were looking for.
Great service from Lewis at your Lancaster store. Couldn’t have been more helpful on my first visit with advice on carpets, suitable underlays and fitting etc. He arranged for samples to be posted which arrived promptly. Lewis completed the sale on second visit efficiently and with care. I was happy with the original quote but even happier when I came to pay as the carpet had been reduced in a sale 😀! Happy days!! Pretty sure I’ll be doing a Schwarzenegger and will be back.
Superb service. I have had dealings with Vicki, Darren, Andy and today, Matthew. I have just called the shop to say thank you and how lovely my kitchen and hallway look. I asked that my thanks be passed on to Carl the fitter who laid the flooring; an excellent job done! I do have further work booked with the shop and cannot praise this excellent team enough.

We used HavWoods to order herringbone flooring for our house as well as wood cladding for our stairs. We encountered a small issue of our own making regarding the stair cladding but despite the product being bespoke HavWoods was very flexible and good to deal with. The remaining wood isn’t installed yet but i am confident it will be of very high quality.
Excellent customer service, beautiful showroom and huge range of choice. Highly recommend this place.
Impressed. Great range of products, and our multiple sample requests were dealt with quickly. Very happy with the finished floor. All the staff we dealt with were helpful, but I would particularly like to thank Arnie Simpson who had excellent product knowledge and was responsive without being pushy. I will definitely consider Havwoods for future flooring needs.
