What We Offer:

At Lancaster Escape Rooms, we have four different escape rooms to challenge you, plus a warm and friendly bar area where you can either prepare for your game or analyse your performance afterwards. The specialised whisky bar is also open to the general public and we are proud to be the only whisky bar in the whole of Lancashire. Within the seated area there are a variety of puzzles for your entertainment. We also cater for corporate events and training days, with drinks and food packages available on request. At Lancaster  Escape Rooms you can choose from one of our four independently developed escape rooms. You have a maximum of one hour (90 mins for break-in) to solve your chosen room. The game involves teamwork, logic, communication, wits and puzzle solving to connect the clues and find your way out in time.

Had a great time doing the escape hangman’s noose game. It was really atmospheric and the clues imaginative and really varied. Our group ranged from 14 to 50+ and everyone was able to contribute. We did have some prompts but they helped us solve things ourselves rather than giving the answer. Thoroughly recommend. Gentlemen who welcomed us was really lovely. Puzzles while we waited added to things too.
Enjoyed “The Heist” escape room today. This was a very clever cross between a treasure hunt round the city and a traditional escape room. This was a really novel experience and added a new element to the escape room concept.
BRILLIANT escape room. Booked this for a hen party, we split into two groups and “raced” each other out of the rooms. Pete could not have been more helpful with email communications when booking to make some accommodations for disabilities within our group, and on the day Delta and Katie were absolutely fantastic and running the rooms for us. 10/10 experience.

A Father and Son team, Steve and Pete McGarry set up and have been running an escape room in both Lancaster and Bowness, honing their skills in game design and clue integration. With a spirit and desire to provide something new and innovative, this led to escalating ideas regarding games that could be played anywhere, at any time: not confined to just one location.  After forming together the idea for Quest Walks, they worked to create a user friendly system that would allow games to be played all over this fantastic isle…and even beyond. With their imagination flowing, they worked on developing quest walks and ghost walks that could be fun for the whole family. The premise is simple. Choose your game. Pick an ace team. Pay for your game. Complete your mission. We look forward to bringing you more and more excellent adventures; missions and puzzles.

40th Birthday Disco – Very professional, stress free, entertainer. Welcomed all requests and was keen to please all party attendees. Went beyond expectations by getting people up dancing and running some fun competitions for the kids.
I would highly recommend this company, 4 times they have hosted my parties and just wow.. always seizes to amaze me on how different each party is, Gary has a clear and unique flare that is admired and appreciated instantly by the crowd.
What a night. Really couldn’t of asked for more. Me and the wife and guest loved him. Very friendly, professional and an absolute star.
