Top service. The staff were really professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They went out of their way to help me find the right product at the cheapest price, even recommending a cheaper option to their own- which was really impressive and honest of them.
I came to them for a simple refurbished laptop, but none of the stock quite fit my needs. Regardless, they were more than happy to switch out various components to get me what I needed.
My experience with QCD started on the phone when I rang to enquire about buying a refurbished laptop. Jordan was very professional, knowledgeable and ready to advise. I would recommend Jamie to anyone looking to get their computer repaired.  He offered pick up/drop off in the local area (always in a covid safe way!), which is really convenient.  He has now done two jobs for me (my precious gaming pc and my laptop).  He was always in communication, asks lots of questions, and went above and beyond in seeking out a ‘rare’ (who knew?) part for me
