I travelled an 80 mile round trip for my sessions during the whole of 2021 into 2022.
Tessa is professional, thoughtful and understanding, with a calm, caring manner.
Tessa’s skill, wisdom, support and encouragement helped me greatly, improving my health conditions and reducing my anxiety.
I first saw Tessa as a result of lower back and neck pain. After a course of 12 entrainments I am amazed at how much better I feel. Increased mobility and much less stress. I could not recommend Tessa highly enough and will continue spreading the word.
I began with an intensive course of treatments, but even after the first session it was as though a cork had been pulled out of a bottle. I was so much more comfortable and able to move more freely.

After having pain in the joints on my right leg I called up to book an appointment and was seen very quickly. Peter took time with me to talk through my history and explained everything he was checking throughout the appointment. I was given exercises to do at home to improve the pain and was told that if the pain didn’t go away I could book another appointment but it was likely to go away as I kept doing the exercises. Definitely worth the money and I would fully recommend to anyone considering it.
10 stars, would highly recommend. Very welcoming and friendly, had a consultation with Peter, very professional but informal. After taking my history and symptoms Peter discussed my case and examined me. I was told what my problem was and given great advice on how to continue with life to get well again and what to expect in the future. Then surprisingly I was informed that I would not have to go back as his services would not be needed as I would get better on my own. Honesty like this is very commendable and could of cost me a pretty penny at a less reputable place.

Definitely worth the money and I would fully recommend to anyone considering it.

For years I had been experiencing bad back problems including lack of sleep, stress and stiffness. 2 years ago I visited The Chiropractic Centre who were able to identify a number of issues I had kept under the carpet! After an intense 6 month course, I felt a different person, both physically and mentally.
My first impression of the Southville clinic was meeting Judy who was charming and put me at ease instantly, next had a very thorough assessment with Charles who again I. Felt at ease with and arrangements were made for my treatment.
mazing clinic, all the staff are beyond lovely, extremely knowledgeable and professional and it has a great welcoming atmosphere. They’ve helped me tremendously across the last 18 months, when I came to the clinic with little movement in my hips and lower back.
