I have lived in the Lancaster area for 27 years. This is the third car dealer I have been to and I can honestly say this was the best experience I had. Scott and Louise were so decent and honest. Nothing was too much bother. They were so helpful, nothing was too much bother. I love my new Toyota… There were a couple of small problems during the warranty period and Scott sorted them out immediately with no fuss. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience dealing with Ollie at Fellgate. After making an enquiry on Autotrader, Ollie phoned me and discussed my situation, chatted about the car I was interested in and arranged a test drive. I called the next week to firm up timings and Ollie was very accommodating and flexible.
