Excellent service from very helpful staff. Rode in as I had stupidly cross threaded a bolt into the frame. Bike was taken straight in, and sorted within a couple of hours. Updates also done on the motor software, as hadn’t been completed in a while. All very professional and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks for a great experience.

Lovely friendly local bike shop. I needed my seat post cut down and they were really helpful when I phoned to ask about it and were able to do it while I waited. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely use again.

Very friendly, Informed staff. Could answer my questions quickly enough. Had my bike in for a broken headset and it was replaced with a superior part, thanks to the staff at On Yer Bike and it was done quickly and efficiently.

This is an extremely overdue review. We had driven for over an hour to start a cycle in Lancaster. And then… there was an issue with one of the bikes. So we rang up here and the man was really friendly and said yes of course bring it over – just a 5 minute walk from Sainsbury’s car park we took the bike.

It’s not often I am this impressed with customer service. What a great knowledgeable gentleman who clearly knows what he is doing.

Called into the shop on Saturday with a specific e-bike in mind. I have used an E-bike since 2019, but never been happy with my choice.His knowledge, and sharing of this knowledge in an understandable way, ‘for novices’ is fantastic.

Ian and his business partner run a very good business. They fitted me in for an urgent wheel replacement late on a Saturday afternoon in April whist I was on a 200+ mile trek. Great customer service.

On a Charity ride this morning I had to call here as id a snapped gear cable. The 2 gents working couldn’t of been more helpful & sorted it while I waited. Would definitely recommend this shop. Many thanks again guys, much appreciated for your help at short notice.
